An intricately woven and engrossing novel with historical, paranormal, and horror elements against a contemporary North Georgia in October 2018, REFLECT made it easy to empathize with its characters and to suspend any disbelief. It has a wide range of appeal due to these many disparate elements, including to those like me who are fascinated by "submerged villages" or "submerged homes."
